Sëm-diheshê Fêqê (/ˌʃivɪˈcɪkè/ /diˈheʃɘ/ [arrival] [rat]) is a subtropical Town located in the Sëcëngêki Zone of the Union of Engineers.
The name Sëm-diheshê Fêqê is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Sëm-diheshê Fêqê was founded by Ůhnå Dyeg̈, who was culturaly Iron Elven.
Climate
Sëm-diheshê Fêqê has a yearly average temperature of 19°C (66°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a pleasant 23°C (73°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cool 16°C (60°F). Sëm-diheshê Fêqê receives an average of 235 cm/y (92 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the summer. Sëm-diheshê Fêqê covers an area of nearly 5 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 1612 m (5288 ft) above sea level.

Sëm-diheshê Fêqê was founded durring the early 11th century, by Ůhnå Dyeg̈. The establishment of Sëm-diheshê Fêqê was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Ůhnå Dyeg̈ struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Sëm-diheshê Fêqê as a prison colony.
Sëm-diheshê Fêqê was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the early 11th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Sëm-diheshê Fêqê is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.
Sëm-diheshê Fêqê is buildings are built arround a single broad baked earthen mainstreet which forms a counterclockwise spiral to give the town a over all circular shape. The town sits comfortably behind a palisade wall complete with a timber gatehouse and battlments. The town's timber-based walls are visibly old, but also obviously maintained semi-regularly. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with ocasional mantance of the towns defences.
A look around Sëm-diheshê Fêqê has something terribly wrong with it. It’s impossible to put one’s finger on, but something is horribly wrong. Maybe it’s the way fog blankets the ground, but only in the connors of places. Maybe it’s the vermin scuttling between shadows in the corner of your eyes. Sëm-diheshê Fêqê's town hall was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used which employed abundant symbolic geometry, using pure forms such as the circle and square, and plans are based on often symmetrical layouts featuring rectangular courtyards and halls. These structures were is decorated with carved stone or stucco reliefs and made use of colorful stone mosaics..
